Shipping Policy
We will do our best to ensure that the products you order are produced and delivered to you as soon as possible. In order to ensure that each pair of boots is perfectly presented to everyone from raw materials to production technology, we will carefully select raw materials for you after you place an order, and semi-manually complete your order products. So we will need a relatively long shipping time (including production time).
In order to better present you with the boots that are most suitable for you, after you place an order, we need to go through three procedures of order processing, customized boots and logistics delivery before the boots can be delivered to you.
Boots from size 7 to size 11 are called normal size, and boots from size 12 to size 14 are called large size. Normal size boots will be delivered to you within 25-35 days of your order; large size boots will be delivered to you within 30-45 days of your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within for orders over $100. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm ET will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Elvesmonkey.
Note: Due to high order volume and the COVID-19 pandemic, it may take slightly longer than normal to ship your order. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your order. Thank you for shopping with us!
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your boots arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed.
Please note that we cannot currently accommodate order changes or cancellations for international orders.

Lost or Damaged Goods
Once verified by the carrier, we will replace any lost or goods damaged in transit with a full store credit or replacement of the original order. Lost orders are not eligible for a refund.
Defective/Flawed Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third party purchases are not covered by Elvesmonkey.

Any items purchased as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
